Pecan-Chocolate Chip Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except the pastry shell; mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into pastry shell.
  5. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  6. or until top is slightly puffed, covering loosely with foil after 30 min.
  7. to avoid over-browning.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
