Healthy Lunchtime Greek Chicken Salad
- 1 12 cups lettuce (packaged mixed greens)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 ounces grilled chicken breast strips
- 14 cup reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
- 5 large black olives
- 12 small red onion, cut into 1/8-inch thick slices and separated into rings
- 2 tablespoons fat-free red wine vinaigrette
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, feta cheese, olives, and onion in a medium bowl.
- Add dressing, toss, and serve.
