Warm Spiced Ginger Tea

  1. Add sliced ginger, star anise and cardamom to 1 liter of boiling water.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes
  3. Add in cloves and simmer for additional 5 minutes
  4. Cut the heat.
  5. Add juice of one lemon.
  6. Sweeten with honey, filter, and serve in mugs.
