Low Carb Fresh and Tasty Macaroni Salad
- 2-1/2 cup cooked whole wheat low carb elbow macaroni (such as Dreamfield's)
- 2 hard-cooked egg whites
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 sm. roma tomato, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. chopped sugar free bread and butter pickles
- sugar free relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- Combine ingredients and chill before serving.
