Crab Salad

  1. Wash crab meat, and cut up into bite size pieces.
  2. Dice celery add to crab meat.
  3. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Squirt in lemon juice.
  5. Add mayonaise a tbsp at a time.
  6. Stir well and chill overnight.
