Cajun and Mango Salmon

  1. Place butter and salmon in kitchen foil.
  2. Sprinkle with Cajun spice.
  3. Wrap up and place in the oven at 350F or 175C for 20 minutes.
  4. Open foil and spread mango chutney over the salmon.
  5. Close again and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  6. Take out once cooked fully and chutney is hot.
  7. Serve with rice or salad.
  8. Enjoy.
