Cajun and Mango Salmon
- 2 pieces Salmon (fresh If Possible But Frozen Will Do)
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Cajun Spices (more Or Less As Preferred)
- 2 Tablespoons Mango Chutney (good Quality)
- Place butter and salmon in kitchen foil.
- Sprinkle with Cajun spice.
- Wrap up and place in the oven at 350F or 175C for 20 minutes.
- Open foil and spread mango chutney over the salmon.
- Close again and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Take out once cooked fully and chutney is hot.
- Serve with rice or salad.
- Enjoy.
