Granny's Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
- 4-6 med. chicken breast
- 1 c. Colonel Sanders seasoned flour
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. chicken broth bouillon (1 1/2 tsp.)
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a small shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Heat butter and sprinkle 1 tsp.
- chicken bouillon in covered pan.
- Sprinkle chicken with soy sauce, salt and pepper then toss to coat chicken.
- Mix flour and bouillon together then lightly toss chicken in flour mix to coat.
- Baste chicken (both sides) in melted butter and place in pan.
- Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden.
