Deep Fried Frog Legs Recipe

  1. Wash frog legs in cool water, drain.
  2. Put flour, lemon pepper, salt and black pepper in a bag and shake to mix.
  3. Shake frog legs in the seasoned flour to coat, dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs.
  4. Deep fry at 365 degrees for 7 to 8 min or possibly till golden.
