Pork Spinach Brunch Quiche Recipe
- 3 c. Monterey Jack or possibly Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 pound pork sausage, browned & liquid removed
- 1 c. stuffing croutons
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & well liquid removed
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. light cream or possibly lowfat milk
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake 50 to 55 min.
- Serves 8 to 10.
