Turkey Barley Tomato Soup

  1. In a medium sized pot, cook turkey, carrots, onion, celery, garlic and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain well.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until barley is tender.
