Barley Stuffing Recipe
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1/2 x Green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. Celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Dry herb of your choice
- 1 c. Barley
- 2 c. Broth Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- Saute/fry veggies until tender.
- Add in barley.
- Add in the rest and bring to a boil.
- Let simmer 25 minutes.
- Use to stuff chicken or possibly whatever.
