SHAKE'N BAKE Mexican Turkey Rolls
- 1 envelope Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 5 turkey scallopini (thinly sliced turkey breast)
- 3/4 cup coarsely grated Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- EMPTY coating mix onto a pie plate.
- Moisten turkey with water.
- Shake off excess.
- Coat with coating mix.
- PLACE 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cheese on top of each turkey cutlet.
- Top with a spoonful of salsa.
- Roll up and place seam side down on a shallow foil-lined baking sheet.
- BAKE at 400F (200C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with additional salsa.
