Honey-Rum Balls

• 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1/2 cup rum
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 pound walnuts ground
• 1 x powdered sugar

1. Mix first 4 ingredients, shape in balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
2. Store in airtight container for up to 6 weeks.
3. Dust with sugar again before serving.
4. Makes 5 dozen.
