15 Minute Sauce! Recipe

  1. Cook over moderate low heat for 5 min, or possibly till fragrant.
  2. Add in a 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes.
  3. Simmer/stir for 10 min.
  4. Season with salt and your favorite minced fresh herb.
  5. ( basil, fresh oregano, or possibly fresh coriander.)
  6. Fresh herbs make a big difference in quality and flavor.
  7. Note: You can make a large batch and freeze sauce in portion sizes in plastic bags.
  8. If you freeze the sauce right after you make it, you will capture the flavor.
