15 Minute Sauce! Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Chopped garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- Cook over moderate low heat for 5 min, or possibly till fragrant.
- Add in a 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes.
- Simmer/stir for 10 min.
- Season with salt and your favorite minced fresh herb.
- ( basil, fresh oregano, or possibly fresh coriander.)
- Fresh herbs make a big difference in quality and flavor.
- Note: You can make a large batch and freeze sauce in portion sizes in plastic bags.
- If you freeze the sauce right after you make it, you will capture the flavor.
