Garlic-Herb Pork Chop with White Wine Sauce

  1. Trim the pork chops if desired.
  2. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Season with everything except salt.
  4. Marinate 4-48 hours.
  5. (Never marinate with salt)
  6. Heat saute pan with oil.
  7. Add salt to chops.
  8. Saute on each side until caramelized.
  9. Approximately 4-5 minutes each side.
  10. Finish in oven.
  11. Cook until thermometer reaches no more than 155.
  12. Serve with my "White Wine Veloute", located in my recipes
  13. Garnish with fresh herbs.
