SHAKE 'N BAKE Pork Chops and Peaches
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) sliced peaches, undrained
- 6 to 8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
- 1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
- thyme flowers
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
- Moisten chops with syrup.
- Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.
- Shake 1 or 2 chops at a time with coating mix.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Discard any remaining mix.
- Bake at 400 Degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Place peaches in pan.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
- Garnish with thyme flowers.
- Note: Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer.
