SHAKE 'N BAKE Pork Chops and Peaches

  1. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
  2. Moisten chops with syrup.
  3. Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.
  4. Shake 1 or 2 chops at a time with coating mix.
  5. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Discard any remaining mix.
  7. Bake at 400 Degrees F for 15 minutes.
  8. Place peaches in pan.
  9. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
  10. Garnish with thyme flowers.
  11. Note: Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer.
