Golden Globe Mashed Potatoes
- 3 lbs pared and sliced yukon gold potatoes
- 14-12 cup milk
- 12 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon granules
- salt
- pepper
- Clean, peel, and slice potatoes.
- Bring potatoes to a boil in large pot of water.
- Simmer, and cook potatoes until fork tender.
- Drain water from potatoes.
- Mash potatoes with milk and butter.
- Add chicken broth powder.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
