Quesadillas in Black Bean Sauce

  1. Cook beans in large skillet on medium heat 4 min.
  2. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Mash beans lightly with fork.
  4. Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese; fold in half.
  5. Add to bean mixture in skillet; cook on low heat 3 min.
  6. or until cheese is melted, turning quesadillas after 2 min.
  7. Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
