Chocolate Broiler Cake

• 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 13 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 13 cup soft butter
• 78 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 ounces melted chocolate squares

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Sift together dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add a little bit more than half of the milk and beat two minutes.
4. Add butter, remaining milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate.
5. Beat 2 more minutes.
6. Bake in either 2 8" layers or one 9" square pan.
7. Bake about 30-35 minutes for 8" pans or 40-45 minutes for the 9" pan.
8. You can also double this for a 9 x 12" cake.
9. Top with Broiled Frosting.
