High Protein Diet Bread
- 1 12 teaspoons yeast
- 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 14 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 14 cup soy flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (Use the spoon you used for the oil, and the honey won't stick to the spoon!)
- 1 cup water
- Follow manufacturer's directions for order of ingredients.
- Cook on white bread cycle.
