BBQ Tortilla Pie
- 2-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 can (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine chicken, beans and spinach in large bowl.
- Mix tomato sauce and barbecue sauce until blended.
- Add 1 cup to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
- Spread 1/4 cup of the remaining sauce onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cover with 1 tortilla, 1/3 of the chicken mixture and 1/3 cup cheese.
- Repeat layers (tortillas through cheese) twice; top with remaining tortilla, sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.
- Serve topped with sour cream.
