Beef Tenderloins With The Blues Recipe
- 4 (8 ounce.) beef tenderloin steaks, cut approximately 1 inch thick
- 2 lg. cloves garlic, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese
- 4 teaspoon finely minced onion
- 4 teaspoon blue cheese
- 4 teaspoon unflavored yogurt
- Dash or possibly two of white pepper
- Minced parsley for garnish
- Rub each steak on both sides with cut garlic and sprinkle with salt.
- Place steaks on the grill rack over medium coals.
- Cook 5-7 min on each side to desired degree of doneness.
- While steaks are grilling, mix together the cream cheese, onions, blue cheese, yogurt and pepper.
