BBQ Grilled Sausage Flatbread

  1. Place pizza dough in lightly oiled pan; cover until ready to use.
  2. (Refrigerate if not using within 2 hours.)
  3. Place peppers in saucepan.
  4. Add sugar and vinegar; mix well.
  5. Cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Puree in blender; return to saucepan.
  7. Stir in barbecue sauce.
  8. Bring to simmer on low heat; keep warm.
  9. Grill sausages until done; keep warm.
  10. For each serving: Roll and stretch 1 pizza dough ball into 10- to 12-inch round.
  11. Grill until crust is lightly charred on both sides.
  12. Spread 1 flatbread with 1-1/2 oz.
  13. (45 g) sauce; top with 1/2 oz.
  14. (15 g) frisee and 1 sausage link.
  15. Fold in half; secure with wooden skewer, if desired.
