K's Egg Rolls

  1. use a cast iron skillet
  2. preheat oil ( peanut is best ) but u can use vegetable & still keep a good taste
  3. 1 roll of paper towels for draining oil
  4. mix all ingredients together & add to egg roll sheets
  5. once all filled cut egg rolls into 3rds & fry.
  6. golden brown on each side & drain on paper towel
