Southwest Chicken And Rice

  1. Brown chicken in oil.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook peppers and onion until tender and crisp.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  8. Serve over rice.
