Herb-Crusted Polenta Rounds

  1. Oil grill or saute pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Season polenta with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange polenta rounds in pan.
  4. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, until polenta rounds are golden brown and heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
