Instant Dream Waker
- 1 cup quick oats
- 12 cup applesauce
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 12 cups boiling water
- 12 cup banana, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced
- Combine oatmeal, applesauce, raisins or dates and cinnamon or mace in a medium bowl.
- Add boiling water and fruit, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, then eat.
