Brandy cream chicken Alfredo pasta

  1. Melt butter in saute pan
  2. Season chicken Breasts with a seasoning of choice and pan sear
  3. In same pan add onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add another tablespoon of butter if necessary.
  6. Add Brandy and ignite while holding the pan away from you.
  7. After the flame burns out add cream, worcestershire, dijon mustard, 1/2 jar of alfredo sauce, and mix thoroughly
  8. Add seared chicken Breasts to same pan, cover and simmer 20-25 mins.
  9. Meanwhile, prepare your favorite pasta.
  10. After chicken Breasts are finished cooking, serve on top of pasta either sliced, or diced, and top all of it with some delicious brandy cream alfredo sauce and parsley.
  11. Ready to serve!
