Lamb Casserole
- 250 g lamb
- 1 onion
- 6 mushrooms (a handful)
- 1 12 pints warm water
- 1 vegetable stock cube (or 1.5 pints of a suitable stock)
- rosemary
- Chop lamb and vegetables up put in a casserole dish.
- (Dissolve stock cube in warm water if necessary).
- Pour stock over meat and vegetables& add a good sprinkling of rosemary.
- Cook for about 2 hours at 190C.
