Lamb Casserole

  1. Chop lamb and vegetables up put in a casserole dish.
  2. (Dissolve stock cube in warm water if necessary).
  3. Pour stock over meat and vegetables& add a good sprinkling of rosemary.
  4. Cook for about 2 hours at 190C.
