White Chocolate Glaze

  1. Heat cream and extract until quite warm.
  2. Melt chocolate.
  3. Combine and stir thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Spread thin layer on top of cooled biscotti.
  5. Top with candied Ginger to taste.
