Chicken Adobo (Filipino Style) Recipe
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn, crushed
- 2 bay leaves, whole
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- Saute/fry garlic till light brown; add in chicken, peppercorn, soy sauce, bay leaves for 10 min.
- Then add in soy sauce and vinegar; cover for 1 1/2 hrs on low flame.
