Ham Loaf with Sweet and Sour sauce
- 1 pound Ground Ham
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3 whole Eggs (large)
- 1- 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the loaf in the pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Baste sauce over meat while cooking.
- Test for doneness.
- Meat can also be made ito balls, browned and placed in the sauce.
- Cook in a covered pan on the stove for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or bake in the over for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
