Blueberry Jello Mold Recipe
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages Jello (raspberry, strawberry or possibly cherry)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (#2) can sweetened blueberries with syrup
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Mix Jello with boiling water.
- Cold till partially set in refrigerator.
- Whip Jello with mixer and then mix in the blueberries (juice, too), lowfat sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Pour into mold and refrigeratetill set.
- Best to make it the night before.
