Broiled Lake Trout Recipe

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Bone the fish and flatten it out.
  3. Rub a small saucer generously with garlic.
  4. Mix the extra virgin olive oil and white pepper in the saucer.
  5. Rub this mix on both sides of the fish.
  6. Place the fish on a greased shallow pan.
  7. Broil till brown, turning once.
  8. Spread with Maitre d'Hotel Butter.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
  10. Serve warm.
