White Fish Koftas with Tzatziki Salsa

  1. Blend the fish with the next 5 ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of the prepared couscous, in a food processor.
  2. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls .
  3. Flatten slightly to form patties, then roll in the remaining couscous to coat.
  4. Cook in a non-stick frypan until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve with tzatziki salsa and a salad.
  6. Tzatziki Salsa: Combine all ingredients.
