Thin Spaghetti with Garlic, Red Pepper and Olive Oil

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, parsley and red pepper flakes; saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Cook Plus Thin Spaghetti according to package directions.
  5. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
  6. Immediately add hot pasta to skillet.
  7. Stir in reserved pasta cooking water.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Add cheese and toss lightly.
  10. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl.
