Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
- 1/2 gallon water
- 2 lbs. stew beef
- 2 tbsp. beef base
- 1 tbsp. Accent
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tbsp. pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
- 2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 (#303) cans whole tomatoes, minced
- 1 (#303) can English peas
- 1 (#303) can French or possibly cut beans
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (#303) can cut corn
- Add in stew beef to water.
- Cook till tender.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and cook till done.
- May add in instant potatoes, to thicken slightly if you like.
