Dot's Whole Wheat Pancakes Recipe

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl combine egg, lowfat milk and butter.
  3. Add in all at once to flour mix, stirring till batter is blended, but still slightly lumpy.
  4. For each 4 inch pancake, use 1/4 c. batter.
