Cranberry Fruit Basket

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in ginger ale.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  5. Add fruit; stir gently until well blended.
  6. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold.
  9. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
