A Guy's Recipe For Korean Style Instant Cucumber Pickles

  1. Cut up the cucumber roughtly.
  2. Add the shio-koji and mix quickly.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
  4. Rinse the cucumber.
  5. Combine the ingredients to make the sauce.
  6. Add the cucumber, mix and it's done.
