Red Pepper & Parmesan Tilapia

  1. Place egg substitute in a shallow bowl.
  2. In another sallow bowl, combine the cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, and pepper.
  3. Dip fillets in egg substitute, then cheese mixture.
  4. place in a 15 in x 10 in baking pan and coate with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 425 for 10-15 min or until fish flakes easily with fork.
