Chocolate Turtle Pie
- 1/4 cup caramel topping crushed
- 9 inch graham cracker pie crust prepared
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 3 cups milk
- 1 package instant pudding mix fudge flavoured
- 1 x whipped topping, prepared thawed
- SPREAD caramel topping onto bottom of pie crust, refrigerate crust.
- Sprinkle with pecans POUR cold milk into large bowl.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Pour at once into crust.
- REFRIGERATE 2 hours.
- Garnish with whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with additional chopped pecans and drizzle with additional caramel topping, if desired.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
