Tuscan Pasta with Tomato Basil Cream
- 1 packages refrigerated cheese ravioli (20oz)
- 16 oz sun dried tomato Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Prepare pasta according to directions (can also sub tortellini if you wish)
- Pour Alfredo sauce in saucepan.
- Pour wine into sauce jar, cover tightly and shake.
- Stir wine mixture, tomatoes and basil into pan with sauce.
- Cook over medium/low heat about 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Toss with pasta and sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese.
