Easy Sponge Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Beat egg whites very stiff; beat yolks till very light.
  3. Add in 1/2 the sweetener to whites, rest to yolks.
  4. Mix together and beat hard.
  5. Sift flour with baking pwdr; fold into egg mix.
  6. Add in vanilla or possibly lemon juice.
  7. Pour into angel cake pan; bake 40 min or possibly till tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Makes 8 slices, 100 calories each.
  9. Exchanges per serving: 1 slice = 1 bread, 1/2 lean meat.
