Low carb healthy fruit porridge - no oats

  1. Chop fruit into small chunks.
  2. Can use various fruits and combinations, but banana and apples form the base.
  3. Can add strawberries, pears, nectarines, kiwis etc.
  4. Pour milk into a breakfast bowl and add the almonds.
  5. Microwave the milk and almonds until milk is steaming hot.
  6. Carefully add all the chopped fruit to the bowl.
  7. Add a handful of raisins.
  8. Sprinkle seeds if available - chia, linseed, sunflower, pumpkin, dried cranberries/apricots etc.
  9. Eat!
