Pumpkin Walnut Bread
- 3 cup ap flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
- 1 pinch ginger
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegtable oil
- 1 can 15.oz pupkin puree
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 drops red food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- preheat oven to 350F.
- spray a bundt pan generously set aside
- start by adding flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder to a bowl set aside.
- add eggs, pumpkin, oil & all seasonings to a bowl whisk on high heat till incorporated.
- Slowly incorporate flour mixture.
- Once incorporated add chopped walnuts till incorporated.
- now is the time to add your food coloring(optional) for a more pronounced pumpkin color.
- Pour into bundt pan bake 45-50min.
- I topped with cool whip.
