Prosciutto e Melone

  1. This is my comfort food.
  2. Perfect for a hot Italian day.
  3. I usually only use half of a melon, quartered, then sliced lengthwise.
  4. You can either line the bottom of the dish with prosciutto or wrap them around pieces of melon.
  5. Garnish with mint, and add a dash of fresh cracked pepper.
  6. This is great with goat yogurt on the side drizzled with honey.
