Prosciutto e Melone
- 1 whole Cantaloupe Or Honey Dew
- 1 package (4 Oz. Package) Prosciutto
- 1 bunch Mint, Optional
- 1 dash Fresh Cracked Pepper (optional)
- This is my comfort food.
- Perfect for a hot Italian day.
- I usually only use half of a melon, quartered, then sliced lengthwise.
- You can either line the bottom of the dish with prosciutto or wrap them around pieces of melon.
- Garnish with mint, and add a dash of fresh cracked pepper.
- This is great with goat yogurt on the side drizzled with honey.
