Mango Yogurt Smoothie

  1. Peel mango.
  2. Cut fruit into large chunks.
  3. Place in blender, including any remaining fruit on pit which can be scraped off with a paring knife.
  4. Add yogurt, milk, honey and ice cubes.
  5. Whirl until smooth.
  6. Pour into tall glasses.
  7. Dust with nutmeg and serve.
