Chicken Nuggets With Pineapple Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Refrigerate1 hour.
  3. Cut chicken into 1-inch pcs.
  4. Dip chicken into batter, and dredge in 1 c. flour.
  5. Pour oil around top of preheated wok; allow to heat to 375 degrees.
  6. Fry 4 to 5 pcs of chicken at a time till golden.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve with Pineapple Sauce.
  9. Yields about 3 dozen appetizer servings.
