Chili Bean Dip
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can kidney bean, drained
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, roughly chopped
- Brown meat and onions strirring frequently until crumbly.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add tomatoes and spices.
- Simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Add drained kidney beans and Velveeta.
- Continue stirring until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
- Dip with Frito"Scoops".
